In regards to CD-i, I believe the rarest 'common' ones are the portable Philips 200 series models. But there are so many oddball small releases by various companies that I am not sure if anyone could single one CD-i model out.

As for the RAREST console period, that would, by far, be the RDI Halcyon. I have many console systems, including both a PiPPiN and Casio Loopy Gift Set mint in box, but I already have it set that I may never come close to owning a RDI Halcyon.
