Quite a bit of Lady Sif's back story was revealed.
Namely who her true loves were, her strength was explored.
Odin sent her after Lorelei???? Loki took the throne in Thor II

Lorelei
Has ability to gain control over Men but talking or with touch
She escaped used Loki's route to Earth
She gave Ward a one Great Gift (I also want one)
Sif Shut her up


As for the Main cast

Ward
Ward got a very special "Gift" from Lorelei (Sign me up i want a gift too)

Ward has a true love and it's not May (Maybe Skye or Black Widow)

Very kick ass she threw Ward through a window
Shes spying on Coulson, for someone who is the question

Coulson
Knows something about what happened and hes going after those that did it, but who is unknown.
Knocked the taste out of the Computer Geek guys mouth.
Admitted he respected Lady Sif

Skye
Did some hacking to find Ward, but was tired of being treated lika an Invalid
