Is that all the further you read? Because the next paragraph explicitly states that the quotas for the day-of-sale stock would be extremely low. That basically confirmed that the "100%" mark for Tier 1 subs includes not only the cost of all the figures made for the subs, but also extras for DOS purchases (as well as some for exchanges/defects, I'd imagine).

If you want, I can go over the economics and business side of things to make this easier to understand (via PM, of course), but I honestly don't think it's worth the effort.

Oh, that. I am a little surprised that they haven't tried to re-visit the idea, especially with how much Paypal has grown since its inception. Maybe Paypal doesn't want to deal with Digital River, either.
