If you live in Miami, and like the Muggs line then head on over to the Mall of the Americas and walk into Ross, yes i typed right ROSS! I have found some Joes there for a mere five bucks, not clearance but regular price, check the toy isle. While your there see if you can spot the classic TMNT figures and some marvel muggs as well.

you'd think that these places would never have any figures at all, but noooooooo. I found a variant of superman with red eyes and black chest insignia for a "lot less than department stores" ha ha ha ha ha....
