I understand your point about trying to corporatize comic shops in order to improve efficiency and customer service, but don't let your bad LCS experiences cloud you. There are good shops and there are bad shops.

However, I don't think you really understand just how bad Diamond is as a company. Now, Diamond is well known for being late on their deliveries, shipping the wrong stuff, and shipping the wrong quantities of items. Every comic shop owner i've spoke too hates this company. The only reason they put up with it is that Diamond operates as a monopoly. they are the ONLY distribution to comic shops.

Now, since i'm here, let me advertize what a good comic shop looks like. This is a shop the next town over from me.
