lets face it the people at customer service doesn't know what is being returned , lt alone what it is supposed to look like.
whenever you call Target or wALMART they always transfer you to the toy department. if you call the store and ask for a particular figure half the time they have no idea what you are talking about

The big issue surrounding the partswapping is that in the end we collectoers are the ones that get screwed because of shrink in the stores prices to offset the losses will rise. I just don't have the stones to attempt that type of thing...hard to explain going to jail over a $20 toy
