I've seen the turtles in person, on display at Walmart. They actually look pretty good given the limitations of their shitty new designs for the movie.

The main 4 turtle figures are undersized. If we assume the Foot Soldier represents a typical 6-foot-tall man, then the turtles are definitely too small. They should be at least as tall as the Foot Soldier, if not taller. You can see how enormous they are in the new movie. Because of this strange inaccuracy in the toys, it actually means they're the perfect size for 3.75" GI Joe and Marvel Universe figures.

That said, I might buy Raph and Leo; slap Leo's head onto Raph's body, repaint the bandanna purple, repaint the skin a uniform color, and make a little bo out of a real bamboo chopstick from a Chinese restaurant.
