All 3 figures remaining at my local store had the shrink wrap removed. On 2 of them, the left hand had come off and was loose in the package, on the third figure the cannon had fallen off his shoulder and I couldn't tell 100%, but it sure looked broken to me. Want one of these bad but might have to wait and see if this is addressed.
