See, Mattel has the rights to make figures of all the live action and comic versions of Batman in the traditional action figure scales (4in. and 6in.) and Hot Toys/NECA have rights for the other scales (IE whatever size Hot Toys figures are) and since NECA's usual scale of figures is AWFUL close to 6in scale, they're probably not allowed to do a movie-colored Bats, but the game version is up for grabs.

Every NECA figure I have with the exception of Hit-Girl and the new Godzilla come in at 7 inchs tall.

I know there is no guarantee that we'll get this figure in movie accurate colors but I don't see why they would go to all of the trouble to make the sculpt so detailed JUST for an 8 bit video game model. Plus, NECA loves to repaint and retool most of there figures a couple of times anyways.
