Soupy, I use a large variety of paints but the ones I use the most are GSI Creos Mr. Color lacquer paints. But for things like washes or certain details, I'll use whatever I have nearby.

Yes, I do use an airbrush; two, actually. I have a Wave Super airbrush which is very similar to an Iwata HP-C and a Badger 150 airbrush. The Wave is a double action gravity feed for smaller areas and detail work like shadows or highlights and the Badger is a single action siphon feed for my large area paint jobs.

Here are a few more pics in better light. I really appreciate the comments, all.

Oh and I forgot to mention I didn't do a wash on the silver part of the legs. For some reason I just liked it that way.
Ah I see. I use an Iwata for my stuff but lately I've been feeling really lazy about the whole clean up and maintenance that comes with using an airbrush so I was hoping you found some secret brush technique to get it so smooth. Also do you get more coverage out of a bottle of Mr Color lacquer based paints? I usually use the water based Tamiya. The only time I've use lacquer is when I decanted my Tamiya spray. Anyways thanks for the reply!
