Gigantic Battles Skrull and Giant Man have them.

Target has exclusive dibs on that specific version, and that figure is one of the primary attractions to the Target 2 packs.

I'd be very surprised (also disappointed) to see them use the lame XMO ball jointed figures. It doesn't make much sense either since there's a regular blue/yellow Wolverine coming out at Targets soon.

It fits with the other stuff this guy sells. He has unpainted prototypes like Iron Patriot, Colossus, and Kitty Pryde. He also has a carded classic Captain America but it has the Winter Soldier artwork on the card.

I'm sure this 6-pack is real and it will come out eventually. I wouldn't bother ebaying.
Makes a lot of sense. The retooled Wolverine for Target is an exclusive. Also the head sculpt on this 6 pack Wolverine is new.

Even if the body styles are different, the company who made them is still the same. Hasbro isn't beyond using parts/figures from their other lines. Hell their weapons for Marvel Universe are from the GI Joe lines for the most part. The Gigantic Battles sets used figures from the Marvel Legends Icons line with new head sculpts.

Care to elaborate? I hope Mattel makes good DCIH figures, but even if they did, it's not like I'd be able to find them.

Ugh...do not like the stubby arms but like the costume.
