Maybe the AO Bane's arms seem short because his head is so small? I know that when illustrating a proportional human figure, the height is supposed to be roughly 8 "heads" tall. That could very well be it. It isn't a big problem, just a very minor thought of "Something isn't quite right..." when you look at him.

I've been considering trying to get a Mattel CnC Bane head and swap it for the origins one, but I have no idea how big it is in comparison.
