I thought of three waves worth of X Men Infinite Series because I think these are all plausible and the X Men are great. First thing, swap figures should be 50:50 variants instead packed at 1 per case but containing the same BAF piece so that each case contains 2 complete BAFs and all of the figures in the wave (8 figures per series). Never made sense to me why they do it any differently.
