It's just a crisper neon centric difference. The graphics among all are about the same, just the emphasis is different for the focus of their realities.

616 is more mundane colors, and classic costume, and jungle foliage. Mundane as in everyday blandness to designs, and character designs.
Noir is more focus on shadow usage and stealth in a gritty city.
2099 is more neon lights, and tron like vibes along side future landscapes that are vibrant with color and future designs so they stand out more. Including neon trails, and complicated future-esque bad guy details.
??? is no clue yet. But if it's Ultimate, more emphasis on cell shading probably, which would be kinda lame as a reality, as it'd just be a cartoony 616.
