This happened again after returning this figure. Thankfully the people at Walgreens were very understanding with allowing me to return him, and had a few extra in stock. So lesson be learned, buyer beware when picking these things up online. If you ebay him, unless you really care about the packaging, see if you can get someone to take a pic of him out of the box for you....

Wouldn't you want to sell it for collectors whow collects defects and mistakes figures, unless it's a common mistakes than it's worthless.
