After a close look, it appears that Hasbro used Rogue's head sculpt for Medusa and Rogue's hairpiece for Spider-girl.

I love Rogue's Uncanny Avengers costume, but I disagree with you on the Moonstone buck for that costume. I believe the 90's yellow and green costume would be great on the Moonstone body, though. She was drawn as a bruiser back then. I think the Storm buck would fit best for the Avenger's costume. Currently, she's generally drawn relatively slim.
