Hi everyone

I am new to the forum, I just came here because I need help in identifying something.

My girlfriend was visiting Hollywood Studios, then while heading back to the car she found a small object in the front pocket of her bag. She doesn't know what it is or where it comes from.


It resembles japanese style to me, but I am not sure.
Do any of you guys know what the heck that is or where is from? name?meaning?anything?
