I did it the hard way, by feeling every bag. Each figure has a unique accessory, so it's not too hard, but it does take time.

Televipers are the easiest, they have a very long cord which is easy to feel. Techno Viper you need to feel the axe, Ninja Ku you feel for the bow, Cobra Drivers - the magazineless rifle, Outback - the big backpack, Bulletman - bullet helmet, Lifeline - the medic box, BAT - the drill arm, and Iceberg - the long rifle.

Dialtone, Leatherneck and Zarana are harder, since they all have AK type assault rifles, so if you feel an AK type assault rifle, then dig around for: Dialtone - a tooth which he uses as mic, Leatherneck - the round grenade launcher, and Zarana - the saw.

I was able to find 11 out of the 12 figures after opening 12 packs, with only 1 double, which I think was pretty good.
