I don't know... I already have two really nice batman toys. I have the Bandai Movie Realization with the batpod and the Hot Toys TDK DX. Neither of these are "super" posable although they both carry some nice poses, but I love toys that are super posable like revoltechs.
This is the first time I've seen a revoltech that doesn't immediately impress me though. Normally the joints on revoltechs don't bother me and I like that revoltech has it's own style, but these joints seem very out of place.
Usually the joints work in conjunction with the design of revoltechs so that there is a flow to them resulting in poses looking natural and overall just badass. Some of the poses here really look unnatural though, and this is the first time I feel like the revoltech joints are just taking too much away from the figure. Quite a disappointment because I always wanted to see a batman revoltech.
The bruce wayne head mold doesn't look horrible, what looks horrible is the paint applications IMO. Is this the first time Revoltech has tried to mold a face that is not drawn in an anime style? I think this may be the problem, and it doesn't bode well for future releases like two-face, scarecrow, or the joker.
*edit*
This is definitely the Batman Begins suit, which DOES appear in TDK at the very beginning. So technically it still falls within the realm of the movie, but its all marketing. TDK was much bigger than BB and TDK is the newer of the two.
