Jenn: It shows that as being Nova.

James Huynh: so will the item ill be sending in be sent back if it cannot be replaced?
James Huynh: as well as the product?
Jenn: No, we will request the Racoon and if it is available we will send it to you. If not you may receive a different character.
Jenn: Regrettably, we cannot send back items.
James Huynh: so i won't get the broken figure back?
Jenn: No.
Jenn: Once the item is examined it is destroyed and cannot be retrieved.
James Huynh: Is there a way to check if it is still available, since I rather not get a different character since this one is hard to comby
