There Login on Website doesn't work since some months. There customerservice do not answer for many weeks and they try to delay the customers if they want a refund.

They are totally betrayers!

Sideshow und Kotobukiya got way much better customerservice. Such a situation which I got with PCS customerservice I've never seen before in my Life.
