They say he was head Hunted... In other words someone with big pockets went for him to do a job. He knew his future with Mattel was bleak. After 2015 there is nothing for him to do as opposed to being asked to resign he moved on, I honestly do not blame him for that what would anyone else do???? I know if a Company came to me and Said "Hey we know what you are doing with this company is coming to an end so we're going to give you X amount of money to start a line with us."
