I don't know about the whole "reaction" thing, as a concept initially I was into it, but it seems like they are playing it out fast. if these came out in 1987 they would have blown my mind and been the greatest thing ever, but simply grabbing every property you can and making Kenner Star Wars style action figures of them just seems like a big ass step backwards to me. sure it would be fun to put an invisible predator in you ewok tree fort, but c'mon even the original pred figures from the 90's were far superior!
I don't know, maybe there is something I'm not seeing here, but I just feel like with all the new modern innovations in toys (hell look at Hot toys, they're like little people) I just can't get myself into throwing money at something that's purely a nostalgia grab.
