I have never really had issues with NECA, the only time that I ever had a problem was with the Kill Bill 2 Pai Mei figure. They were using those crappy clear joints that get stuck when they are painted and his arm broke off.
Maybe I am just lucky with them. Now McFarlane on the other hand, brittle plastic and crappy joints, walking dead is an exception though- they have been good.
Sadly, Funko is using the crappy clear joints and so far they have had several QC issues. The daenerys targaryen figure's elbow cracked right out of the package and one leg will not move, the tyrion lannister has a warped peg in the lower leg so there is a big gap and you can't turn it without it falling off.
I hope they correct these issues before they release Rocketeer and Firefly, That will be quite an investment on crappy quality.
