As i've gotten older i've noticed Marvel just keeps spewing out big event after big event... i have really enjoyed the whole Spider-verse story line. to me that is just awesome !!!

I'm nervous as to what this secret wars in the summer time will do to these new series... will they continue them on or will they just reboot again....

Back on topic any new info on the Spider-man wave ? lol
Not really. Just waiting for the wave to hit at this point.

Heh. I think I'm up to eight Caps now, but only like two or three of them. It really is a shame that one or two slots of each wave end up being wasted on tiresome rehashes. While my preference is for the comic-versions of characters, I'd be fine with your suggestion of a movie Quicksilver or Scarlet Witch (or Ultron/Vision/Hulkbuster). Anything other than another Cap or Iron Man with minute tweaks. While embedding superfluous redux figs into a wave might make good business sense to them (no new molds and "forced" purchase based of the popularity of strategically selected BAF's), Hasbro runs the risk of turning off adult collectors. It reminds me of those Kenner Batman lines from the 90's that featured ONLY Batman. Would you like a Scuba Cap to compliment your Pizza-Delivery Cap? How about a CPA Tony Stark to match your Board-Room Stark (uh...that might not be that bad actually)? It's becomes insulting when these duplicates follow so closely behind one another. We've experienced a spate of these types of figs lately......
While I love Captain America and I'm generally not opposed to getting a new Cap, provided it offers something new, he's getting to the over used point very quickly. And we'll have another Captain America wave next year with the new movie coming out. But on the bright side, there will only be two MCU movies out next year which means there is potential for a broader range of characters.

One point I would like to make is that not everyone has been collecting for years and has multiple Captain Americas, Iron Mans and Spidermans. A younger person who for the first time is earning decent money at work can go to Walmart or wherever and buy one of these figures for a decent price. While we're all showing some fatigue with certain characters, I'm actually happy knowing many new comers won't be forced to use eBay to get older figures that cost too much.
