On Twitter Randy said if they do the 2-pack it will be the brown armored khaki/blue skinned Renegade. The green one is accurate to the original individual Renegade figure, but the original two pack was more popular and came before the individual version.

They could make an unmasked Cracked Tusk later, but it was easier to just reuse the masked head so they went with that one.
