So far just about every "only a fan would know this character" or the even more obscure characters have been those more visually interesting characters to try and draw in more consumers, I imagine they would look at doing a Black Talon figure a decent amount before they consider a Hannibal King (whoopee a guy in a trench coat). I would have to agree though, the Beyonder's look is fairly plain and probably wouldn't have any draw factor to a non-fan and Hasbro likely wants a toy which can sell to anybody, fan or not.

Hey now I'd love to get a Hannibal King figure. The Nightstakers (FROM THE COMICS) are awesome.
