He's supposed to have a surfboard, you appear to have a packaging variant (hulk's packaging, no board). You can try sticking it on eBay but I doubt it'll go for much.

It's probly worth just keeping to have it up somewhere to show off as "hey, the factory screwed up, check this out!"
