Unless it came out of the case like this, TRU really shouldn't have accepted that return if that is what it was. People really need to stop being so damn devious with these BAF pieces and trying to get something for free. All they are doing is hurting honest folks, and giving us collectors a bad name by making us look desperate and underhanded.

That said...decided to hit the road with my six month old son for our first Father's Day together, and lone behold, not only was TRU dead, but there was a load of goodies to be found, including...

A Commander Rex that wasn't slathered in tape or trampled by a Taun Taun...

Ripley and Jonesy!

And the last two (and thankfully the only two figures I wanted...) from the new Ant Man wave.

Now I just need to find a head for Ant Man so I can swap it out on occasion for an unmasked version. I was thinking about repainting one of the numerous unmasked Cap heads that I have, but I don't think it's the look I want. Any ideas?
