It was sometime after 12:20 cuz 1) I sat on the fence and debated about getting Count Marzo cuz I was all like Meh and 2) after going through the process I was denied cuz I forgot I was short on money so I didn't get him overall and will get him when they reissue or trade him later (Ive got She-Ra, Keldor and Faker). I hoped online when I came back from lunch around 1:30 and he was sold out somewhere between that time he went bye bye. Now hopefully I can get Whiplash and TJ in August while im on the way home from Star Wars Celebration.
