Really? Says who? Don't get me wrong, I definitely prefer unique sculpts/characters as exclusives, but there isn't a hard rule about it.

Value is perceived by the individual. The price is without a doubt not low, but "value" is a different thing entirely. I personally think the novelty of a lot of these items are absolutely great. I personally love the throw back/nostalgia factor that they bring with them.
