I don't think any of the newly sculpted Superman figures have any texturing to their suits, the Trade-up does look like he has bicep swivels (though I can't zoom-in, so I can't tell for absolute certainty), and the only C&C figure that has an ab crunch is Batman, and I'll be surprised if that's left in for the production run.

Either the C&C figures are 3-3/4" figures and the Trade-Ups are 6" scaled, or the C&C figures are 6" figures, meaning that helmet is much larger than I expect it to be and the Trade-Ups are a new line of 12" collector oriented action figures.

I'm inclined to believe the former scenario atm.
