My wife had to speak with a supervisor in order for them to do it. IMO they need to honor that or they won't have your business anymore. My wife didn't have to threaten or anything. She simply pointed out that it was incorrect and that they needed to correct their mistake. We are Amazon Prime members so we may have had a bit more leverage but I believe they should fix it.
