I put a slightly larger version of the image on The Rumor Buster over the weekend (Batman: Under the Red Hood Exclusive Figurine | The Rumor Buster) and you can see that while there's a few articulation/seam lines (for instance, on the shoulder), there's no real articulation (no knees, hips, etc)

It looks to be a relatively non-articulated figurine a la Owlman in Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths and Hal Jordan in Justice League: New Frontier. Too short to fit in with your lines, too boring to play with, but looks nice enough for your shelves.

If you guys want to swap out that photo with the larger screen grab I took for my site (and maybe give a link pretty please) that'd be a-ok in my book.

Edit: Oh, and the movie doesn't come out until the 27th so don't rush out to the stores yet!
