The upcoming wave of Marvel Infinite 3.75" figures features Chameleon, Emma Frost, Northstar, Blue Deadpool, Colossonaut, and Korg. I have procured early accessory-free versions of Chameleon, Emma Frost, and Northstar to review. Now up for review: Northstar!

Northstar is another MU legacy figure that collectors have known about and have been anticipating for a long time. Once again, I opened the box and discovered exactly what I was expecting - the "skinny" style MU buck with all its strengths and weaknesses. There is no waist cut or thigh cut, the hips are a little finicky sometimes, it has a hinged ankle but no ankle rockers, and no neck hinge. Ankle rockers and a neck hinge would have helped this flying character a great deal. But it is nothing we haven't seen before and is exactly what we were expecting.







Like his sister, Northstar has a big ol' honking head. The sculpt is adequate, and actually looks great from the back and sides. But when is face is viewed straight on, he looks either annoyed or constipated.

However, he looks good when posed with his sister or with the rest of Alpha Flight.





There isn't a lot to say about this one. There are no surprises here and either you want him to help complete Alpha Flight or you don't.
