but back in March
i placed an pre-order with ToysRUs.com that in April got marked down in price from the original pre-oder price

was log into my account and canceled my original order and then “re pre-order” the items again at sale price without the hassle of calling and dealing with their CS reps all together

as for the order(items) that was sent to you
you can simply take it to your nearest TRU store and be fully refunded no hassle really as long as you still have the shipping invoice(receipt)

set up online account if you haven’t all already
i rarely call CS for the most part
for the simple fact that they are not really in tune with whats going on their own site and matters such as this sadly

Bingo^ TRU is real easy on returns now that you can take it back to the store and return it. Before you couldn't...but that was like 3-4 years ago. And I did that as well on the re ordering cause the price dropped...
