It was a while back and I don't really remember, but basically when I asked the manager if I could get a discount on the switched item he took it away and said I couldn't have it. If I were ever in this situation again I would just roll with it if it was an acceptable price. If the price was unacceptable then I would go to the manager with my fingers crossed.

See i don't understand this why not just give a discount get product out the door and make a customer happy.
