I'm older now <<and still feel like a big damn kid>>....and i remember when i was younger i would always say...when i hit 40...F all the dumb shit...i HAVE to take good care of myself...changed my entire lifestyle of fitness and eating (not that it was terrible before) ..and you have a little one....MAN LISTEN..i enjoy life SO MUCH...and feel blessed every additional day i have on this earth with my family and friends...Continue to take care of yourself so you can continue to enjoy this life we have!!!
I had a scare about 5 years ago...just sitting watching TV...i had the SHARPEST PAIN shoot across my chest..i was like W T F!!..told wifey immediately...lets go to the ER...come to find out it was just muscle pulls from doing flys in the gym...but I went through all of the tests..etc..and i suffer from high cholesterol which appears to be genetic...because i eat reasonably well the majority of the time..
OK..I'm rambling....get better soon man!! we have a shitload more toys to collect. hahaha ;o)
