Why the hell do you have to lie to get customer service but telling the truth does nothing? It's like when you get bad service in a restaurant or store and if you bitch, you get a discount or something for free, but if you don't bitch, you get nothing but "We're sorry." Why not reward those people who are like, "You got my order wrong. No worries, it happens?"

*EDIT* I totally missed the experiment part. Interesting outcome. Very weird. Although, I can't help but feel like employees should be able to look at a box and think, "does this look correct?"
