He's the Indestructible Hulk. Part of the Marvel NOW era, Banner decided to stop being on the run or trying to cure himself of the Hulk and instead focus on trying to do good himself and manage his "condition". He went to SHIELD and made a deal; they supply Banner with everything he wants in a lab, the Hulk helps out during difficult ops. His mantra was "Hulk Breaks, Banner Builds."

There's a 4 volume trade paperback of the run that's pretty good.

Just curious, to anyone else who got the set, were the legs wobbly straight out of the package at the hips, as well as a little loose on the ankles? Also, I'm curious as to how the figure's assembly was? On my Vision's left leg, there is a bit of gap between where his upper and lower thigh connect, and his head was a little wobbly...the hole being just a little too big for the ballpeg (which I easily remedied with a small piece of paper towel to fill the gap, but still...) While I bought the figure off of Ebay, he came still in the plastic tray having never been removed, so I know it's not an abuse issue from the seller. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's still a bit annoying to look at.

Still...despite these flaws...super cool figure. The use of clear plastic with a white wash was pretty sweet, as it fades and blends nicely, especially on the cape. I wish he still had the open hand that was featured on the back of the packaging, but other than that, no other complaints.
As I said when I got him:

Vision has some issues. Key is that he has super loose hips, what I call hula hoop hips, as they can flex without moving the joints. He also has some loose joints so together they can make getting him to stand a bit tricky in some poses. I'm also not the biggest fan of some of the fade paint apps, it's a bit weird in places like the fade in the chest by the ab crunch.

Overall, for under $30, it's a phenomenal set. Also, unlike other sets, this one had three figures that I actually have an interest in, so that also helps. (The first Avengers comic that I really read had White Vision in it.)
If it weren't for the cape balancing him, I'd have a lot more issues getting him to just stand in a group.
