He'd be alright, but the Marvel Select Jugs is, in my opinion, perfect in terms of paint, scale, costume and sculpt. I don't think anything could top him.

On "the douche" website the journalist said he spoke to a Hasbro rep at the Preview Night event, who told him that Rogue belongs to another wave and, although the Onslaught head is meant for the Civil War BAF, it's being included in Rogue's wave as an extra. He also confirmed that this unannounced wave will feature its own, impressive BAF. Don't exactly know how reliable that info is, but it's all we've got so far.
