Nope, I would not want to live in Russia, with their ex-KGB president, failing oil-dependent economy, controlled media etc. I never said that Russia is fine or utopia even. What I tried to tell you is that even in Russia there are MU figures available and it is possible for collectors to exist over there.

You are right about Mongolia. However we are talking about Russia with its 240,000 dollar millionaire households and 88 dollar billionaires. And yes, we can agree that it is rare (compared to US), but it is possible.
