I got this today as well (Elite Grievous)...the only reason i'm not opening it is because:
1. I could already guess how bad some of the joints were based on the other figures
2. I read a review that confirmed it. it said one arm wouldn't even stay lifted up..and that the sabers didn't all actually fit in his hands properly. I 100% believe it because of the joints in the figs i do own.
3. i don't really want to collect this line anymore. i'll glady use the figuarts figure (whenever it is released) in place of this Grievous. going to sell this one.

I stared at the figure too long...and it looks sorta bad ass in the package..gonna hold onto this.
