I agree with what most people are saying. Never really cared for the New Adventures designs. For those that do like this version, probably realize his face never really looked like this. Aside from that, he's a cool figure. Black paint would go a long way with this sculpt.
Your vote makes it 3 to 2. I know a lot of people don't care for TNBA style as much because it is more streamlined to keep costs low and maintain consistency but this has the side-effect of appearing somewhat cheaper. Of course there are also like triple the number of episodes pre-rebranding so those looks are just more familiar.
Batgirl is another where I prefer TNBA look over TAS. Scarecrow might be the only character who actually had three different looks throughout the entire show(s). His original was probably the most typically comic accurate, his main one for TAS had a sneer but I don't like how the straw hair came out on it, and his TNBA was the creepy preacher. My favorite is the creepy preacher, I like the proportions being kinda monstrous and Jeffrey Combs' voice was good for that more monotonous, scientific voice. Second is the debut look as it's more in line with his usual comic attire, and last is his TAS main look. Henry Polic's voice was good too but it focused more on him being a coward himself and I always imagined Scarecrow feeling in charge while he was in costume, only cowering and revealing his true nature when he was actually defeated.
