Here's him next to the Water Spitter (which is only 3 POA). I couldn't get any of the texture of his body on camera, but if you have the Water Spitter you know what I mean by texture.

Maybe he is one of the Bootlegs coming out recently like the Antman figures. That seller had a bunch of other bootlegs.
What is that Red Venom? I've never seen that one before.
