Yeah Phasma's height is an issue since Christie is 6'3" but David Prowse is 6'6" so Vader should be taller, for that matter Adam Driver who plays Kylo Ren is 6'2" so she shouldn't even terribly dwarf him.

I would say my most preferred Leia figure would be if they did her Hoth look (and pretty much the first half of the film) but I'm also really glad that they are doing the original white dress with the bun-hair.
