I will say that Hasbro making a Spider-Gwen is cool for her fans since she is surprisingly popular for such a new character (or technically an old character with a new mantle) and Hasbro usually doesn't seem to give two shits about how the fans feel.

I think this is why so many people are fascinated by this new take on Gwen Stacy. Spider-Gwen has opened up a window to shine light on and empower a character that has always been defined by her death and the guilt felt by Spider-man from her passing. Love her inclusion in Spider-verse and her on-going comic. It's nice to have something good finally come from such a tragedy.
