It seems like its a WebShop Exclusive in Japan, so import sites like AmiAmi or HLJ won't be carrying it. Bluefin most likely will distribute it in NA.

The figure comes with Rasenshuriken effects part and one of the pictures seem to suggest it will come with at least one normal face. Also it seems like a new body sculpt.
