The blue-faced cowboy is Cad Bane, a bounty hunter who makes Boba Fett look like a wuss. Funnily enough, I bought the toy years ago just 'cause he looked cool and there aren't enough cowboy toys in the world, but now that I've long-since parted with the toy and finally started watching the show, he's become perhaps my favorite Star Wars villain.

That female figure clad in red is Mother Talzin, although the figure, oddly enough, is just called "Nightsister", which would be like calling all the Luke Skywalker figures "Jedi".
