Personally, this one doesn't look as nice as the Legends one to me. The tentacles have this gray plastic-y look to them whereas the ToyBiz one has superb paint detailing. Plus the green on the outfit doesn't seem to match. I also prefer classic looking versions of characters overall (with a few exceptions), so the ML Doc Ock is the clear victor to me.

Although if you're strapped for cash and need a Doc Ock in your collection, I'm sure it'd be a fine substitute for the ML one. I've seen the Origins one for about $30-35 on eBay.

I never really liked that repaint as it kinda mashed the Ultimate Doc Ock look with the classic Roy Orbison Doc Ock (plus I hated Ultimate Octopus for being so weirdly buff even though he's a scientist... not saying those are mutually exclusive, but come on )

I use this Octopus on display, since he's a lot cheaper to pick up and he's in 6 inch scale, and with a decent paint wash he looks awesome!
